We have pleasure in introducing our company and management to you with a view to being included on your main contractor tender list.

 

NASE CONSTRUCTION CC was established in April 2009 and is black owned by previously disadvantage individual and is a South African Citizen. Since its inception the company has matured into successful and dependable small sized construction firm with a wealth of experience on various types of projects.

We have hands-on management philosophy, a keen team player spirit and we are pride of ourselves on quality workmanship and the timeous competition of projects. Depending on the nature and timing of the contracts we can undertake single contracts up to Thirteen Million Rand. On all of our protects we have highly motivated competent site agent and foreman on site at all times, as a result we have extremely resourceful teams of individuals capable of implementing to the higher standard in order to satisfy the expectations of our clients. This has been reflected in the steady growth that the company has enjoyed since the existence

NASE CONSTRUCTION is managed by Avumile Ndlamla who has obtained National Diploma in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, obtained SCT 1 & SCT 12 in Cement     and Concrete Institute and Diploma in Project Management ; he is having Six (6) years experience in the construction industry.

 

Due to the vast experience obtained by the owner NASE CONSTRUCTION is capable of handling a wide diversity of Renovations, building Schools, building Clinics and Housing Projects.

 

VISION

Aiming at economic development, capacity building, installing meaningful life with self-esteem to fellow South African and keep usable structures worthy staying in.

Primary Objectives

To   secure tenders in construction services and maintenance.

To form Joint Ventures with those companies which have necessary skills and resources when tendering.

To market   ourselves in all organizations requiring our services.

Secondary Objectives

Empower all interested South Africans with needed skills. To give priority to previously disadvantage individuals
